This unconventional sweet treat is so quick and easy to prepare – and most importantly, it tastes delicious!
1 can of chickpeas, drained
3 tbsp nut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 handful chocolate chips
- Combine all the ingredients apart from the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until you get a rich, creamy consistency
- If the mixture is to dry, add a little bit of water
- Add the chocolate chips and serve
- Perfect for dipping fruit, biscuits or cinnamon cracker!
